The SIB & the College of the Rockies have created a program of courses to provide training to SIB membership in the trades. This will allow individuals to develop the necessary work skills to get hired on development and highway contracts.
Courses in this program include:
- Chainsaw Operation
- Occupational First Aid
- Fall Protection
- Transportation Endorsement
- Fire Suppression
- Traffic Control
- Graduated Licensing
- Indigenous Life Skills
